Well, I don't know. After seeing it the first time, I said "hoax, no 
question". But I can't find it listed as a hoax on any of the usual hoax 
websites, and most people on the Internet who raise the question conclude 
that it's real. Would David Attenborough lie to us?

Then I watched it again, and I was willing to believe. Up to the last 
scene anyway, the chainsaw. Note that for that one you no longer see the 
bird's beak in sharp focus. For that one, I'm thinking, "hoax". It seems 
to me that Attenborough was having us on right there at the end. 

How could we verify whether it's trick or treat?
