Hi

Considerable single-subject research confirms Bob's hypothesis. The farthest I
can get just in the air (i.e., beak sticks in snow) is upper 400s. Can
somewhat reliably get over 500 with the low drive / slide strategy, twice into
the 590s. Nothing over 600 yet, but perhaps possible with ideal hit. In going
for the "long" penguin, however, one runs the risk of hitting much shorter
drives and even striking out.

All the best for the new year.

Best wishes
Jim

I got 572. It appears that if you get it right on and it hits the
snow and slides, you get a longer drive.
