Deb, thanks for some good ideas. I think it could work. When I taught our capstone History and Systems class for our seniors, I wanted them to take charge of the discussions and avoid just one or two from dominating the chats. I know the class currently has this potential problem. I think the on-line forums * coordinated by the students themselves would/should work in upper level seminar type classes.
