Again, the First Amendment only applies to government actions, not 
those of a private organization such as a college.
There is no absolute right to free speech in the sense of an absolute 
protection from any consequences of that speech.

I was careful how I worded my statement (such as starting by invoking 
St. Ronald), and since I'm retired at the end of the semester, I 
figure I'm pretty safe.
Also, we have a union (I'll have to check on how they'd handle the situation).

So now we can hand the NSA boys a conspiracy ....
