Visiting Asst. Professor Position Albion College - The Psychology Department seeks a Ph.D. (or ABD) psychologist for a visiting assistant professor position to begin August 2008. This is a 1-year position. The candidate will be expected to teach introductory psychology and research design & analysis (a combined statistics and methodology course with a lab); additional courses in the candidate's area of expertise might be possible. Our teaching load is 3 courses (normally 2 preparations). Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience and a willingness to involve undergraduates in an active research program. The Psychology Department is strongly empirically-oriented. Competitive support for faculty scholarship is available, including funding for research and travel, laboratory space, and access to asubject pool.
