News Flash:  Just about forty minutes ago, the University of Wisconsin
System Board of Regents approved unanimously the resolution, submitted by
its Education Committee as a consent item, authorizing the Department of
Africology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to offer the Ph.D.
degree in africology.  WVH
