Nomenclature note: aside from the two-womb issue,  if non-identical 
(fraternal) twins are dizygotic, and non-identical triplets are 
trizygotic, would these be tetrazygotic? Google, in fact, gives 6 hits 
for the phrase 'tetrazygotic twins". But there's not much call for a word 
like that, I'd think.
