Hi Marie I recently used a hierarchical multiple regression to test an the results of an experiment that sounds similar to yours.
For the first step, I included [DV @ Time1] with the dummy-coded variables, using [DV @ Time2] as the dependent variable. Step 2 adds in the continuous variable into the equation Step 3 adds the interaction terms into the equation. I only have pre- [DV @ Time1] and post-[DV @ Time2] measures, though. Difference scores might work, too. If you have more that 2 repeated measures, it might get messier. Please feel free to email me off-list for more details, or syntax.
