I heard the broadcast also. I have no quarrel with the ideas about horses, but 
you could develop a program where people handle cats, or where they care for 
children, or interact with slot machines, etc, and someone could still draw out 
some "lessons" that someone would say is valuable and relates to better 
business work.  It's largely in the eye of the consumer of such things--and 
given the usual pressure in seminars and such silly training programs (typical 
in business and education) I imagine I would want to find all sorts of 
meaningful ideas and lessons.  As a business consultant, I can use all sorts of 
material, animals, playdough, drawings,group exercises, to get my message 
across, keep the participants happy, and increase motivation(at least til I'm 
paid) in the workiplace.   The businesses don't mind I am sure.  Gary
