There are some in Titchener's /Manuals/, especially the Instructor's edition of the Qualitative /Manual/. They are not "raw" protocols, but have been schematized a bit out for efficient use by an instructor in experimental psychology. If those too hard for you to obtain, there is an interesting article by Eric Schwitzgebel in the 2004 volume of /Journal of Consciousness Studies/ called "Introspective Training Apprehensively Defended" which quotes some of Titchener's protocols, especially one on the phenomenon he called the "Flight of Colours."
