Subject: [tips] Women critisize differently than men?

I had someone mention to me recently that she thinks women criticize
differently than men do (there is a more "developmental/positive" tone
when women are critical). Does anyone know of any research on this? I'm
finding information about communication pattern differences between men
and women, but nothing yet on the specific topic of whether men and women
differ in the way they evaluation/judge/criticize the work of others.

Michael

You should have asked that someone for the research data.
