Normally I would vote for more than 3 because sometimes I waste my replies early in the day and later am locked out; but then again, whatever I have to say I can just make the reply backchannel and not worry about it. Life goes on ust fine without my reply going to the whole list.
In the end I don't think it matters what we think because as I recall, the last time this discussion came up some time back there was a problem with the server that would not allow such a change to be made; and I have not heard that the problem was resolved. Did I miss something?
