Agruso Chair in Behavioral Sciences.  Named in honor of the distinguished 
founding Chair of the department, the Agruso Chair will provide leadership for 
a dynamic interdisciplinary department of nine full-time tenure-track faculty 
members offering undergraduate majors in psychology, criminology, criminal 
justice, and sociology. It also offers an M.A./M.S. in Criminology/Criminal 
Justice. Drury University has 4,500 students including 1,550 full-time 
traditional students and 400 graduate students. Drury is a member of the 
Associated New American Colleges. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in 
psychology or appropriate discipline, an established record of scholarship and 
commitment to meaningful faculty development and mentoring.   A background in 
neuroscience, statistics, and research methods is also desirable. The 
successful candidate  will have opportunities for teaching at  both 
undergraduate and graduate levels. Send a letter of application describing
