WE have whatever it is our university uses now and I love it! It's called DARS 
for 
degree audit reporting. Now when a student comes into my office and tells me 
my class is the only class they have ever had a problem with, I can check ;)

Also, for advising it saves SO MUCH time. I think admin set it up to include 
all 
the important categories of core courses so I don't have to go through their 
transcripts and check everything.
