The Levay-Baldwin book is excellent, but it's a book about sexuality, not love. Elaine Hatfield & Richard Rapson have a nice softcover book about love and sex in cross-cultural perspective that could be used to supplement the Levay-Baldwin book. The only thing really missing from it are the newer findings about the neurobiology of love.

Going by reputation alone (no more freebies for me, I'm afraid), I'd
think that the text by the neuroscientist Simon Levay with his co-author
Janice Baldwin is worth a look. It's called _Human Sexuality_ and Amazon
has it coming out in a new 3rd edition. Pricey, though.
