Annette, If you could provide us with any references for this research on effectiveness of ebooks, it would be very helpful as many of us are considering the ebook option. Your comments about inferior learning make intuitive sense as I much prefer having a hard copy of my reading material for underlining, writing in the margins and reviewing/rereading at will. But I would love to have some hard data to back up my intuition.
