A History channel Brain program had a segment on sports. It pointed out that the
movement of the eyelids can be an indication of the stress levels of a
competitor. It noted that Tiger Wood's eyelids show minimal blinking-indicating
that he is very relaxed.
I am currently beginning to speculate that one of the symptoms of speech
stuttering behavior is the
rapid eyeblinking. And I am just conjecturing that may be the rate of stutterng
would decrease if stutterers are conditioned to control their eyeblinking. Any
Tipsters in Speech Path?
