Yes, it appears that the graph was pulled. Originally there was a horizontal bar graph, each bar representing ten or so of the worst states in the US. Although it said "births per 1000" at the top of the graph, at the end of the top bar is said 68.4%. I thought they might repost a corrected graph, but not so far.
