It is being reported that finger length is correlated with degree of confidence and competence. For example, most competitive Wall Street dealers have very long ring fingers. The length of ring finger is apparently correlated with levels of testosterone and this motivates competitive and confidential behavior. I predict that finger analysis will be an important tool in selecting faculty. Btw,wasn't there a study that correlated shoe size with intelligence?
