What an amazing scene of people joining together to rejoice in such a powerful
current. I have been in tears many times today.
My husband pointed out that he felt a similar cohesiveness when he went to NYC
the day after 9/11 to help in the medical tent (he's a physician).
BUT the big difference was that 9/11 was mutual feeling about tragedy.
Barack's inauguration is about hope. What a powerful time!
