I found the show interesting and others have already posted very good insights
on it. However, I was most impressed by the number of emails I received the
next day from former students. IN a past semester I had focused on the theme
of Faces in my Intro class and at one point we watched the clips from John
Cleese's DVD, Faces which explains the Ekman's principles of microexpressions
and using them to detect a lie. I also have used the slips from The Human Zoo
about the implementation of the same principle.

I received about 10 emails from students asking me it I watched the new tv show
that was about what we had discussed in class. Cool!
