Hello, all, We wanted to draw your attention to the Eastern Conference on the Teaching of Psychology. Due to the economic issues that many schools/people are having, we've reduced our registration costs quite a bit. It would be a good conference to present a poster, hear some good talks, and meet some fun people. Given that many people's travel costs have been cut, this might one conference that is possible for those within reasonable distance. Also, note the reduced cost for community college teachers and graduate students.
Date/place: June 19-20 in Staunton, Virginia "Budget-friendly" registration: Early-bird registration (before April 1) is $65. Registration for high school and community college teachers, and graduate students, is $50. Deadline for submissions: Feb 16. Please encourage your friends and colleagues from other institutions to consider attending and presenting. Feel free to forward the link below, which contains more information, registration, etc: http://www.psyc.jmu.edu/undergraduate/etop.html Hope to see you there.
