Some of you may have already heard the news that a federal court
has decided "legally" that the MMR vaccine does not cause the
development of autism.  One source for this info is the WebMD

The "vaccine court" is defined in the article and the possible
consequences of this decision are reviewed.  It is interesting to
note that the U.S.  Dept. of Health and Human Service (HHS)
had decided in 2007 that one child appeared to have developed
autism after being vaccinated though they don't appear to claim
that the vaccine caused the autism.  A FAQ on this case is also
