Hey Nancy, this book does have psychological components. It's a "memoir of
food and failed relationships," as well as focusing on her "compulsion to
cook for the men in her life," a compulsion with which many of us women
can empathize. The video features an interview with the author and is
highly amusing. Thanks Nancy!
