Hi, I think the students need to be educated about the very real possibility that DID is nothing more than a complicated set of voluntary behaviors done to receive attention.
You may be new to this list, we've had this discussion before. You can find it in the archives I am sure. But actually the Religious Tolerance web site does a nice job telling both sides of the story, with very strong evidence for the iatrogenic and essentially voluntary nature of this disorder.
