Tipsters I'm looking for some help on web-design. We have a couple of students who want to re-do our psychology website. They want to base what they are doing on sound psychological research- but this is not my area of expertise and we are a small department. We have a few books, mainly based around the Nielsen 'Usability' texts but I seem to remember someone posting about a text that was a bit more applications oriented. Could someone help me to remember that source or point to other useful sources for our students. Thanks. (I did try looking through the archives but our servers are undergoing maintenance and I've been experiencing a lot of "timing out" errors the last few days).
