Today October 4th is the feast of St.Francis of Assisi. Do you see any relevance of him to Psychology(eurocentic as well as non-eurocentric)? When I was a teen I admired reading about him.It would seem that he was a generalist and some of his prayers seem to have some applied critical thinking ideas.Would you put him in the same category as PETA? But my favorites saints are St.John Vianney of France and St.John of the Cross-his Dark night of the Soul is a classic re altered states.
