Btw,I read somewhere that the Japanese are most intelligent because they use
both right and left hemispheres of the brain whereas Europeans use only 10%
of their brains.Norther Europeans
are supposedly more intelligent than Eastern Europeans like
Polish,Hungarians (the exception being the Czech Republic) and Italians
designated the same IQ as Africans.US immigration policy sought to keep
Southern Europeans out of the U.S because of presumed inferior
intelligence.
