Did you watch the video(s)? It is kind of standard, to use their words, "pithy
examples that disprove evolution". Of course they ask loaded questions and show
a complete lack of understanding for geological time- "Can you imagine that a
male dog evolved and that he suddenly had vision where he had never had it
before? It would only work if he could also find a female. Which would have to
have evolved by chance at the same time and place. Without that female he is a
dead dog!"

That is their evidence against it. It is a familiar strategy- See- it doesn't
make sense. While, of course, making ridiculous assertions and asking silly
nonsensical questions- "Did you know that God gave us 6 senses? The sixth sense
is common sense! And you just have to use your common sense to refute this
silly theory!" That's pretty close to a quote. BTW- Darwin was a sad old man
who lost his daughter. He was in the ministry but was never "saved" (The quote
is, "He was never one of us.". So when his daughter died, he became very bitter
and took it out on the church by devising this silly fairly tale to distract
people in order to "get even with God". Wow. How can you not believe. If it is
difficult or not "common sense" it can't be true!! So the whole virgin birth,
resurrection and magical man in the sky thing. That is just common sense, I
guess.

Coming to a campus near you: a free copy of _On the Origin of
Species_

But look who's doing the giving: Living Waters, a Christian
evangelical organization.

(See also the video "Using common sense to debunk evolution"
at http://www.livingwaters.com/ )

Is that weird or what? Apparently they feel that OOP is so self-
evidently ridiculous that merely putting it in peoples' hands is
enough to convince them to reject evolution.

Risky tactic.
