Gary, I nearly made the same mistake. What probably tripped us was the December 
2008 date, an apparent typo that appears at the top of the Contents page --the 
first page of the PDF in the link provided by Jordan, 
http://www.psychologicalscience.org/journals/pspi/PSPI_9_3.pdf .
