No need to apologize rather you post the note to TIPS or TIPS-METHODS.
I did want to follow-up to let all know that TIPS-METHODS (as is
TIPS-DEVELOP and I am considering a few more lists) is still there and
though it is not as active as TIPS, it has had a few interesting
discussions. The pattern seems to be a period of inactivity, someone
posts a question, there is a flurry of responses, another question or
two, and then inactivity for awhile.
