If I'm not mistaken this list is somehow linked to the newsgroup, but I'm
not sure on that. I do know that a handful of SPSS support personal
monitor the list and offer their input on a fairly regular basis, HOWEVER
the list is NOT run by SPSS.
I've had a few technical issues with the program (like the dissappearance
of the upper half of a correlation matrix, even if the matrix isn't
symmetrical) that have been solved with queries to the list. It can produce
a lot of messages though, so the newsgroup approach might work better for
you...
