Hey folks:

I was teaching about Operant Conditioning in Introductory Psychology this
morning, and was writing the "Consequence Matrix" on the chalkboard to
demonstrate the four types of consequences.  Under the cell for "Remove" and
"Pleasant Stimulus" I wrote "Punishment by Approval" instead of "Punishment by
Removal."

So what do you make of that one?
