I have been asked to help with the data analysis of a student's
thesis, which he is currently writing up. Unfortunately, I cannot
think of an easy way to analyze part of his data. There are two
dependent variables, one of which is "correlation with expert." I was
able to run a mixed model ANOVA for the other dependent variable: 2 (pre
vs. post) x 2 (type of learning method) x 2 (passage order). Is there any
way to use a correlation coefficient for each participant as a dependent
measure in this type of analysis (in SPSS or LISREL)?

Thanks for your feedback,
Dan
