"Cool facts" reprise request

Can anyone email me (privately) the "Cool Facts" that - 
Joyce, I think?!? - posted.  I know one or two are
questionable, but they're perfect for a Current Events class
my high school teacher daughter teaches to students who have
difficulty in school, and anything she can use to pique
their interest in learning and critical thinking is worth
its weight in gold.  (However you'd weigh cybermail...)
