A friend of mine who does research on item exposure control actually heard
of incidents in California involving pencils. A group had obtained answers
to one of the large scale tests (a standardized test, but not sure which
one), and printed the answers on pencils. They would then sell the pencils
for a few hundred dollars each. There's also a company (I believe in FL,
but not sure) that focuses on test security issues and training people what
to look for. I've got the name of the company around here somewhere if
anyone wants me to look for it...
