Hi folks. I just saw a press release on Ken Steele's (a contributor to TIPS) recent article on the failure to replicate the Mozart Effect just published in Psychological Science. If you want to read a description of the study, it's found at http://www.foxnews.com/health/072399/mozart.sml The series of studies basically reports on the failure to replicate the Mozart Effect, where supposedly one saw a short-term increase (8-9 points) in intelligence scores after listening to Mozart. Way to go Ken! *********************************** Mark A.
