I have been told by one member of the college committee that since what I am looking for is documentation of particpation in an electronic mailing list that he at least would give more weight to email than to a paper and pencil letter. I have letters that will give overall assessments; what I need is documentation that I actually participate on TIPS in a positive way. They will not take my word for it.
