As a Reed alum who is involved [sometimes] in new student recruiting, I
can assure you that Reed does not, in fact, have a booth at the Oregon
State Fair.

Most of our recruting is by "word of mouth" [e.g. I found out about Reed
from a high school math teacher whose son went there], reputation, and
sending alumni reps to college fairs and to interview prospective
students.
