I must agree. This TIPS of Babel thing is getting a bit out of hand. My original
post was a parody of Descartes' "I think, therefore I am" which I modified, "I
e-mail, therefore I am." (I found in my researching this on the net that
Descartes wrote in French, the language of the people, as opposed to Latin,
so his "Cogito Ergo Sum" is actually "Je pense, donc je suis". I will let the
others translate their own but I have been able to follow along, to some
degree, in both French and English by using AltaVista's Babelfish translator.
For those of you that haven't done this before, try it out at:

All you have to do is copy the text you want translated and paste it into the
window in babelfish and select the type of translation you want. Click
translate and "voila" (there it is). It will come out, in some cases, sounding
like broken English but you can usually get the point.
