My experiences with Endnotes are exactly like those described. The program
is simply outstanding.  Endnotes did have some problems in downloading
information from my university's version of Psych Lit. This was quickly
solved with their outstanding Tech Support. The program is expensive-$150 or
so-but well worth it and much better than the other two competitors. Use it
for a month and it will become like a word processor. You'll wonder, how did
anyone get by without it?
