...the screen appears to jiggle, but so does everything else. This is the flaw
in Ken Steele's "finger in the eye" demo, too. As I understand Faith's initial
observation, it is -only part- of the visual field that jiggles, and then only
a particular kind of electronic display. Her later note, to the effect that
running the toothbrush caused only the LED display to jiggle in a class demo
(presumably viewed and verified by other members of the class), is pretty clear
evidence that the effect is not due to her (or anyone else's) head jiggling.
Sounds more and more like an electronic effect rather than a psychological or
behavioral one.
