On occasion, it is necessary for some of us to talk to students or
colleagues about their lack of interpersonal skills.  Usually one or two
major incidents will confirm feelings that have been developing for some
time.  Ideally, these problems would be identified before a critical
incident occurs, when remediation is a possibility.

So, here is a question for Tipsters:  Are there behavioral checklists
that can be used a part of a routine evaluation process, and as a tool
for guidance when problems are identified?
