pronunciation of names

Dear Tipsters:

I have heard the name "Hebb" pronounced with the H sounded and with 
the H silent.  Which is correct?

Also -- is anyone aware of a source (e.g., a history of psych text) 
which contains correct pronunciations of the names of important 
psychologists past and present?
