Steve

The mellab program has some good perception experiments: signal detection,
iconic memory. Probably not enough to use as a student lab manual but there
are some good experiments. You can also look as Superlab LT although I had
some problems with it (some of the experiments crashed) If you have enough
money you can get one of the experiment generation packages (superlab or
e-prime) There is also the program at U of Miss (PsychExps) that has web
based experiments.

For lab ideas take a look at Idea Handbook for Teaching Psychology (APA)

Hope this helps

Subject: S & P lab exercises

Greetings fellow TIPSters!
Although I have been teaching S & P for some years now, I will be
teaching it with a lab component this spring (yay!). What types of
exercises/lab demonstrations have people used that work well (keep in
mind that although I have some budget money, it may not be all that
much). Are there any good "lab manuals" or "reviews" of such exercises?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Happy Hannukah & Merry Christmas!
