I have some information on my web site that I give out in my classes
that make poster presentations. It's a fairly short compliation based on
(other people's) research on font sizes and graphs and things I learned
from my PhD advisor, Bibb Latan�, and from doing tons of posters myself.

Another site is http://www.kumc.edu/SAH/OTEd/jradel/effective.html, but I
haven't looked at it in a long time, so I can't say anything about
quality.
