I can't speak for Rick and Jeff, but as a skeptic, I was quite
confident that the psychic route wouldn't work! It would be
interesting to know how many people did (attempt to) communicate
their response to you psychically and whether there was any
indication that you were influenced by the messages. Although
Michael's comment was intended as good-humored joking, I think it
nicely demonstrates some of the not-too-credible implications of
the parapsychological.
