Hi all,

I'm very sorry about the multiple postings. For each one, I waited over
24 hours before resending the message. For the last post, I retyped it
and shortened it a bit because I thought that length might be a problem
and perhaps there was something in the message itself which was causing
it not to get posted. I think that the farther West one gets in the US,
the bigger the problem may be: I have always noticed that people East of
here seem able to join in discussions easier than I have been able to
(my posts often take too long to get posted). I also notice that many
others see my posts before I get them. I don't know enough about the
wonders of the Internet to know how things get routed, etc., so I'm not
sure what attribution to make.

I think that I will stop posting for several days until I am sure that
the problem is resolved. You'll probably get this message late next week
after I have posted several others! It might be a good idea to always
check the date and time a message was sent (in the header) when a person
contributes to a thread. This might take care of confusions that
sometime arise when one isn't sure what another is responding to.

Again, please accept my apologies,

Jeff
