Hi everyone:

I'm looking for scientific references that discuss the causes of
homosexuality (or sexual orientation, in general). In other words, do
studies suggest that homosexuality is relatively stable throughout life and
deterimined by biological/genetic/physiological factors, or is homosexuality
determined by learning experiences and able to changed throughout life.
Someone has recently asserted to me that people can simply choose to be
straight or gay and has asked me for scientific evidence showing otherwise.

Thanks in advance for your help with this.
