Ha ha ha!  Whew, I need some warning before someone asks a question like that.

Here, the presidents of the faculty, non-tenure-track faculty, staff, and
student senates each get 5 minutes in the fall and spring to address the Board
of Trustees.  Our university president would not like anyone "jumping chain,"
supposedly because that could lead to micro-management.
